Michael Mokedanz is a Construction Engineering Technician / Technologist with over three decades of industry experience. Prior to Arken Contracting Inc. Michael was 50% owner of Future Built Construction Ltd. for over 20 years, as well as the Chief estimator for Dorline Construction Ltd. for 7 years before that. Michael has extensive knowledge in parking lot construction, roads, retaining walls, concrete curbs, walks, interlocking, excavation, trenching, building envelope repairs, waterproofing, and interior renovation work in commercial and industrial settings.

Michael has designed and built custom homes/additions with his extensive knowledge in exterior hard and soft landscaping. Using his accounting, scheduling, drafting, quantity estimating and surveying skills, he has helped numerous clients with complex problem solving and budgeting/cost analyses for up and coming projects

Husband to Angela Mokedanz, Father of four children, Venture Adviser in Scouts Canada and member of the Whitby Gilwel club, member of the Durham Regional Astrological Association, Member of the 100 Men Club of Oshawa, Vise President of the Gem and Mineral Club of Scarborough.  Michael leads a busy life dedicated to his family work and friends.
